Daniel Cohen

Executive Chairman of the Board

Mr. Cohen has over 20 years of Canadian capital markets experience. He has spent the last 5 years founding and structuring several micro-cap companies while also serving on the board member and/or executive of four CSE listed companies. Previously, he was a Partner and Head of Sales at Beacon Securities. He also worked in Institutional Equity Sales at Wellington West Capital Markets until it was sold to National Bank Financial in 2011. He began his career in finance working in Equity Research and Corporate Finance at RBC Capital Markets and HSBC Securities. He has an MBA in Finance from McGill and is a CFA Charterholder.

Vishal Gupta, M.Sc., P.Geo.

President & CEO, Director

Mr. Gupta brings considerable mining industry expertise and public markets experience to his role as President and CEO. Prior to joining Caprock, Mr. Gupta served as the President and CEO of California Gold Mining Inc. (CSE:CGM). Previously, he worked as an equity research analyst covering junior precious and base metals companies for a number of Toronto-based financial institutions including Dundee Capital Markets, Fraser Mackenzie and Global Financial. Mr. Gupta holds a Master of Science degree in Geology from the University of Toronto and started his career as an exploration geologist working for numerous junior resource companies.

Mike Bandrowski

Director

Mr. Bandrowski has over 15 years of capital markets and exploration experience on both domestic and international markets. Most recently he was Director, Mining Investment Banking at a Canadian bank where he focused on small and mid-cap mining companies. Previously, he was a mining research analyst covering precious and base metals. Mike has a B.Sc., an MBA and has previously served on public and private company Boards.

Jim Kirke, CPA, CA

Director

Mr. Kirke is a Canadian Chartered Public Accountant with over 35 years’ experience in public accounting and corporate management. In addition to 12 years of international experience in public accounting and consulting with Coopers & Lybrand, Mr. Kirke has held senior finance roles in the natural resource and entertainment industries, including roles as CFO of a number of TSX and TSXV listed companies. Most recently, Mr. Kirke served as CFO of Marathon Gold Corporation and its predecessor Marathon PGM Corp. from 2005 to 2019. He holds a B. Comm. from McMaster University and received his Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario.

Jean-David Moore, M.Sc.

Director

Mr. Moore has been a consultant and an advisor to several mineral exploration and development companies for over twenty years. He is a prominent investor in the junior mining space, and holds significant stakes in over 50 resource companies throughout Canada.

At present, Mr. Moore is a director of Opus One Gold Corp., Bullion Gold Resources Corp., Dios Exploration Inc., Fokus Mining Corp., Green Canada Corp. and PTX Metals Inc. Previously, he also served as a director of Vanstar Mining Resources Inc., which was acquired by Iamgold Corp. in February 2024.
