With precious metals prices already in uncharted territory and expected to go even higher, combined with management’s plan to aggressively advance Destiny, the next 24 months promise to be very exciting for Caprock’s shareholders.
Caprock Mining Corp. is focused on expanding an already sizeable mineral resource at its flagship Destiny gold property located near Val d’Or, Quebec – one of Canada’s most prolific gold camps. With an additional portfolio of precious metals properties in Ontario, we are sculpting the next frontier of resource development in Canada. What sets Caprock apart is not just the quality of our assets, but also the strategy embedded in our exploration approach. Our seasoned management team with a strong track record in successful resource ventures, forms the backbone of our operations. This team’s exploration pedigree is not just a testament to their expertise but a promise to investors that Caprock is helmed by leaders who understand the intricate line between risk and reward in the world of mineral exploration.
Caprock Mining Corp.’s Destiny project represents a significant historical resource in one of the world’s most prolific gold belts, with mineralization open both along strike and at depth. Surrounded by numerous producing and development-stage gold projects, Destiny provides investors a unique opportunity to play the world-famous Abitibi greenstone deformation corridor through a company that is not yet recognized for the high quality of its asset. Caprock’s seasoned management team has a strong track record in successful resource ventures, and plans to systematically de-risk Destiny over the next 24 months using the following 3-step approach:
Update the 2011 mineral resource (historical) by using current gold economics and incorporating ~10,000m of additional drilling completed in 2020-2021.
Undertake resource definition drilling at additional mineralized zones that were previously drilled, but not at a close enough drill spacing to be incorporated into a mineral resource.
Commence exploration drilling at multiple targets identified by re-interpretation of historical drilling campaigns.
Caprock has an option to earn a 100% interest in the Destiny gold property that comprises 127 mineral claims and encompasses an area of 5,013 hectares located less than two hours’ drive from Val d’Or, Quebec. Destiny lies along a major deformation corridor in the Abitibi greenstone belt that includes the prolific Cadillac-Larder Lake, Destor-Porcupine and Casa Berardi fault zones which host numerous producing and development-stage gold deposits. The project overlies a 6.0 km long segment of the poorly explored Despinassy shear zone which is a splay off the regional Chicobi Fault. Destiny hosts a significant, open pit-constrained, NI 43-101 compliant mineral resource estimate published in March 2025.
Additionally, Caprock holds 100% interest in three gold exploration properties in Ontario that have immense resource potential as they are situated in an emerging gold-producing region, boasting proven mineralization trends and offering significant potential for high-grade gold discoveries, thereby reinforcing our commitment to delivering substantial value to our investors.
Caprock Mining Corp. has made a remarkable discovery of lithium-bearing zinnwaldite mineralization at our Ackley property in Newfoundland. Zinnwaldite is a lithium-rich mica that is proven to be a far better source of lithium than the highly sought-after mineral, spodumene. Ackley’s strategic location within a burgeoning lithium-rich region, provides the potential for the delineation of a substantial resource and positions Caprock at the forefront of the growing demand for battery metals.
Additionally, our gold exploration properties in Ontario hold immense potential as they are situated in a prolific gold-producing region, boasting proven mineralization trends and offering significant potential for high-grade gold discoveries, thereby reinforcing our commitment to delivering substantial value to our investors
Unlock the potential of the world-class Abitibi gold belt with Caprock Mining Corp., where we’re building a substantial new resource. For investors eager to learn more about our plans for the next 12-24 months, we would be happy to schedule a meeting with a member of our executive team.
